Current Openings
Member Advisor III
Homebase Credit Union has an opening for full-time Member Service Advisor III, at our Chester Branch. As a Member Service Advisor III, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing the full member service relationship; opening accounts and offering various services of the credit union. This position is multi-functional in all transactions. You will have an opportunity to create a connection and develop rapport with members to provide more personalized service, uncover their financial needs, and provide options to meet these needs. When problems or questions arise, you will be responsible for finding a sound resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of customer service experience (financial institution experience preferred)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to multi-task
- Highly effective customer service and sales skills
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Must have good listening skills and problem solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including rotating Saturdays
- Proven track record of success working well in a team environment
